MD200 Safety Gate System

I. Introduction

The MD200 Safety Gate System consists of a servo drive of IMS MD20 series and a servo motor of SMM11 series. The servo drive of IMS MD20 series is a servo drive specifically developed for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors, which can achieve high-performance vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motors, and is applied to safety gate control. These series of drives can drive different series of servo motors supported by our company. It is suitable for CAN bus communication and RS232 bus communication functions, and is applied to industrial machines such as injection molding machines and die-casting machines, with accurate positional changes  achieved through logical speed control of the safety gate as a whole.

Motor of SMM11 Series

I. Introduction

The permanent magnet synchronous motor of SMM11 series is a high-performance servo motor for safety doors of industrial machines such as injection molding machines. This series of motors are featured by great servo response speed and short-term overload capacity, which is lightweight and portable, with multiple holes and a high groove providing easy installation, low noise level, and high operating stability.

II. Features

The full series of permanent magnet servo motors are made of high-efficiency silicon steel sheets, coupled with a new magnetic circuit and great spacer factor, featuring small inertia, high torque, high efficiency, and rapid response.

Small air gap, stable operation, and low rotational speed fluctuation.

Small size, simple installation, and space saving.

Low operating temperature and long service life.

Open and closed loop control; suitable for various encoders (magnetic encoder, rotary encoder, optical encoder).
